We are very proud of the quality of goods and the level of service we provide. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all items within our site and without any misrepresentations. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the cocktails that you have received please contact us as your first port of call. We are able to accept returns on items that you have notified us within 48hrs of accepting delivery, we can also only refund drinks that are still in a bottle without the seal broken.
This doesn’t apply to sale items, we do not offer refunds on sale items unless they arrive damaged. If items have arrived damaged a replacement will be offered, If available or an alternative replacement.
All refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased Only. "not shipping" unless otherwise agreed.
We cover the cost of shipping for damaged/faulty orders, we will arrange a courier collection. this does not include damaged packaging! we do not sell our products in gift boxes, we use standard shipping boxes. we also do not advertise to use gift boxes.
If your order is being returned for a replacement! once this has been received your replacement will be processed within 24hrs and shipped next day delivery where possible.
If you receive your order and its not damaged or faulty we do not cover the return postal costs.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving your order back
This does not affect your consumer rights.
If an order is returned due to no answer at the address your order will be refunded minus any shipping charges.
If you are returning your parcel, or refuse delivery Once your parcels arrives back to us a refund will be arranged within 3 days minus shipping charges,
If two delivery attempts are missed your parcel will automatically be returned to ourselves we have no control over this. its DPD delivery policy.
