We are very proud of the quality of goods and the level of service we provide. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all items within our site and without any misrepresentations. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the cocktails that you have received please contact us as your first port of call. We are able to accept returns on items that you have notified us within 48hrs of receiving them, we can also only refund drinks that are still in a bottle without the seal broken.
All refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased Only. "not shipping" unless otherwise agreed.
We cover the cost of shipping for damaged/faulty orders.
A printer is required to print the label, or you can drop your order at a Hermes drop off location where you can print a label in store.
If you receive your order and its not damaged or faulty we do not cover the return postal costs.
refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving your order back
this does not affect your consumer rights.
